What is KayaraLabel Return Policy?

Once you receive the parcel, please record a video while opening it. If the parcel is found to be damaged, our Return & Refund policy will apply.

Our “100% Customer Satisfaction Program” allows for easy returns and refunds under the following conditions:

1. Return is available only if the product is defective or damaged.

2. There might be a slight color difference between real products and photos/videos due to camera quality.

4. While contacting for return, please mention your order number and a clear reason for return.

5. We will accept returns within 2 days after the product is delivered. Once we receive the returned product, we will initiate the refund within 2 working days.

6. If there is a change in fabric from what was mentioned in the product description, only then the return will be accepted. Otherwise, no return is applicable.
