Return & Refund Policy
What is KayaraLabel Return Policy?
Once you receive the parcel, please record a video while opening it. If the parcel is found to be damaged, our Return & Refund policy will apply.
Our “100% Customer Satisfaction Program” allows for easy returns and refunds under the following conditions:
1. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the split amount collected is non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Return is available only if the product is defective or damaged.
3. There might be a slight color difference between real products and photos/videos due to camera quality.

5. While contacting for return, please mention your order number and a clear reason for return.
6. We will accept returns within 2 days after the product is delivered. Once we receive the returned product, we will initiate the refund within 2 working days.
7. Customer have to courier us of return order ( Incase of damage then only ) once we received courier then we will assist you if you want exchange or refund.
8. If there is a change in fabric from what was mentioned in the product description, only then the return will be accepted. Otherwise, no return is applicable.
9. Kindly note that stitched blouses are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
When We Cancel Order ?
9. If you wish to cancel the order kindly ensure that you cancel your order within 24 hours after placing the order ( If Status changed as shipped within 24 hours then also we cannot cancel order as order moved from our warehouse ).
